  • Job Opening: Field Service Engineer

Location: Greece

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled engineers and physicists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong hands-on background and a solid foundation in physics, chemistry, or material science. In this role, you will be integral in providing application support for advanced instruments, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients in both research and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for scientific instruments.
  • Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of advanced equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials and resources.
  • Stay current with advancements in relevant fields and incorporate new knowledge into our support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with scientific or industrial instruments.
  • Background in Electron Microscopy is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Job Opening: Back Office Assistant

Location: Athens

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Quote Drafting & Management: Prepare, cost, write and send financial quotes to customers.
  • Coordination & Logistics: Communication with suppliers (domestic and international) and transport companies to coordinate receipts and deliveries.
  • Financial Support: Tracking invoices, coordinating/executing payments, and communicating with banks on ongoing issues.
  • Office Organization: Secretarial support, mail management, archiving and daily functioning of the office.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), as part of the communication is with foreign firms.
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Possession of a driver’s license (car).
  • Excellent ability to organize, be consistent, and manage time.
  • Developed communication skills and a spirit of cooperation.
  • Previous experience in a similar position (administrative support, secretariat or back office) will be positively appreciated, but it is not mandatory.
