Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled engineers and physicists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong hands-on background and a solid foundation in physics, chemistry, or material science. In this role, you will be integral in providing application support for advanced instruments, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients in both research and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for scientific instruments.
- Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of advanced equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials and resources.
- Stay current with advancements in relevant fields and incorporate new knowledge into our support processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with scientific or industrial instruments.
- Background in Electron Microscopy is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
